I'm Locking Some of My Fics!

Yes, you read the title right. I am locking some of my fics. The explicit ones. Those with rating R and higher. Some of you might have stumbled on Ari's post earlier, so some of you might have known why. But well.

So yes, I'm having a project with gurajiorasu and we feel that we don't need to show everybody everything that we have written. I'm going to tell you more about the project later. Hopefully before the end of this week. ;)

Thing is, once the project's out, there's a higher possibility that people will find out about this journal. And Ari's journal. And we really don't want those people we're not sure who, possibly people from our real life also, to read those fics. And not to mention that we work in a company which make money out of crawling data from social media. So the probability to be found becomes higher. Better be safe than sorry, right? :D

And so. Let me give a brief explanation on the locks.

1. I'll only lock those fics with rating R and higher.


2. I'll only lock them 7 days after I post them. That means the post will still be open for public for that 7 days.


3. When it's already locked, you can only read them if I have added you as my friend. Nudge me via PM if you want me to do so. :D

So that's it, I guess. I already made my ao3 account and I will also post my fics there, and I'll leave them unlocked. But maybe I'll use a different name. So when people see it there they won't be able to link it back to this LJ.



Oh I also made a new Tumblr weehee! :D

Well, I understand the reasons *nods nods* That's the risk of people in your RL finding out, ne? :/ (that's why I use a fake name xDDDDDD).

aweee yes being found out by people in RL is a big no-no... which is why i kinda worried with my LJ name... i might made a new LJ and move everything there but idk yet XD

Oh dear! I wonder if I have to do that too when I start working or should I do that now? or should I just worry about that after I graduate? LOL! The human resource of some companies does a background check thru social media so yea.. I get why.

But! I think I can still linger in public.. I am using a fake name that is WAAAAAAAAAAAY different from my real name. And also I'm so lazy writing about myself. LOL
